Oanh fried my hair and was terrible at trying to dye my hair like the inspiration photo. If you cant do it then don't do it. So unprofessional to be complaining how my hair is so thick it hurts her arms. Please save your money and go elsewhere, the price is ridiculous for the work that they do. Terrible work, i will never recommend you guys to anyone else. You damaged my hair to the point where i had to let it grow out and chop it all off in a span of a year. I spent over $300 for something that isn't worth $300. They are not accommodating.
This was my first time trying this Salon. I made an appointment with Oanh, and she did such a great job. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and I love my new cut! She was really sweet as well. I am definitely coming back!
I could honestly cry I'm so upset right now. I came in asking for a simple haircut. I have thick, wavy, long hair. I just wanted some length taken off because of damage, layers for kind of a shaggy cut, and bangs. I provided a picture as an example. The guy who cut my hair literally didn't even brush or wet it before he started chopping and was constantly yanking my hair. I previously had bangs and they've grown out so I've just kind of been shoving them off to the side until I could get it cut again. He in NO WAY gave me bangs... I tried to correct him but he didn't understand. He just trimmed a inch off my existing sloppy side bangs and was like "this, right?" It was at that point I realized how f***** up this was going to be, so I just told him to leave them long because I knew I was going to have to go straight to a different salon to try to get the cut I actually asked for. When he finished he pulled the cape off and it was totally uneven so I ask him to even it back up. I guess it's kind of even now, but this is absolutely not what I asked for. He left my wavy hair combed out frizzy as hell and I threw it back into a bun before I left because I was so upset with what he had done. It's literally the worst hair cut experience I've ever had... I would have been better off going to a great clips.
