Everything about the experience was great. From our initial consultation to our install. Everyone made us feel comfortable and informed. Yes, it is pricy, but it is an investment in your home. We went the cheaper route in our last house and started having problems with the windows after only a year. I could tell a difference the first day they were installed just by putting my hand on them. The inside glass wasn't warm to the touch. We have a gigantic picture window now. I was afraid it was going to heat the entire kitchen up. Nope! Just a beautiful view of the yard.
The installers were professional. Unfortunately, one of the 15 windows was not correct. It was supposed to be a large window and instead a small window was sent with the installers. The window could not be located. It took almost 2 months to get the window since it had to be manufactures and it was over the holidays. I tried to use the contacts on the account to ask for a discount since we had to wait so long for the window. No response. I asked the supervisor who came both when the first windows were installed and when the last one came. No response. I also spoke to someone who said the window had to be installed before a discount could be offered. No response. I... read full review
We had our two large bathroom windows replaced, and actually had to replace the rotten wood frame as a result of the old windows leaking, and you don't need that in a bathroom...lol. We were very pleased with the professionalism received from the start, i.e. the representative that went through the benefits of the new windows, Herbert, the supervisor over the actual installers who were also exceptionally respectful of our property and privacy. We had to force ourselves to leave the installers do their work; they were just so interesting to talk to once we found out they came to America from Spain.
