Working as an independent contractor for Optimized Scribes, I admire the company's dedication to clients. Jill doesn't stop until the customer is happy. In fact, she doesn't even stop then, as OS remains fluid in assessing what strategies and content are working and where we can improve to benefit the clients. I am also impressed with the work atmosphere offered here, where employees and contractors are respected as individuals, given opportunity for input and creativity and where their well-being is considered. I've worked as a freelance writer for Optimized Scribes for more than three years, and the experience has been life changing. Because I'm disabled, work can be difficult to find, but from the first day, the OS team has embraced me with open arms. Jill is passionate about meeting client needs, and that passion extends to everyone on the team.

I was one of the first employees ever at Optimized Scribes and have been with them nonstop since day one, well over a decade. It's a wonderful company culture, an amazing place to work. The management goes out of their way to show their appreciation for their workers and take care of us as best they can. I've never been so content at a job, and it shows in the quality of work I (and the rest of the staff) are willing to put forth.
