We had New Era out today to wash 2 rental houses. We are very happy with the results. We've used other "soft wash" services with mixed results. The results from New Era were noticeably better. They even took care to cover keyholes. Previously we had been covering them ourselves after several door locks became problematic from the cleaning solution. They also covered receptacles and moved furniture away from porches etc while working. Jose was professional and efficient. The quoting process was simple. He kept me informed when they would arrive and when the job was complete. Good value. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Very thorough job done cleaning the gutters, soft wash and metal roof cleaning. Took care of furniture and other items before starting the job and moved them back with lot of care. Overall excellent experience with new era cleaning solutions.
