When purchasing online they don’t share that your hair is still being shipped from China so there’s really no expedited shipping, the verbiage used “processing takes 2-3 and shipping another 2-3” bullsh*t because again,,,yall are still shipping from China. As a colored I hate doing business with us! Looking at tracking I can only pray I’m receiving good hair, how would you all know and it’s coming directly from China. Ughhhhhh

Would absolutely recommend you spend your money elsewhere based of customer service and shipping transparency alone. I placed an order on a Wednesday and still hadn't received any tracking update by Sunday although their policies state that the processing time is no longer than 3 days. I called on the following Monday to follow up and was told by a Caribbean-sounding lady that the shipping team was "working on it" and that I'd have a tracking "by the end of the day." Fast forward to the EOD, still no tracking. Called again Tuesday and was told again by the same woman that "the shipping team was finishing it up as we speak and the order would be going out soon." This is not even real hair.. no wonder on the website it’s so cheap.. tried to dye it to put highlights in.. the hair didn’t lift at all.. it’s def synthetic blended..would NOT recommend
