Dr. Mayfield is the only chiropractor I recommend.
Came here after i injured my neck. Service was always great. But although i had insurance, they were adamant that I paid for the visit. After all claims were paid by my insurance I am still waiting on a refund. Shocking that I have been waiting 2 months already for $130 that they receive from me and from my insurance. Please resolve this.
I have been coming to Mayfield Chiropractic for many years. Dr. Mayfield is a magician. The staff is always friendly and in a great mood!
