Kole Builders recently finished our basement with exceptional quality! We have done multiple projects with them and all our projects were handled very professionally. Philip has given us numerous ideas to make our finished basement modern and amazing! Lonny provided invaluable input to the patio project in our backyard. The patio design had to be changed multiple times per the city requirements. Lonny patiently supported us in every step and helped us to get the city approval. I definitely recommend Kole Builders!

I got the remaining part of my basement finished by Kole Builders in 2017. This year (2020) being a challenging year that it has been, we were so thankful for Lonny, Phillip and Debbie's work 3 years ago - we were able to make such good use of the basement for our work from home needs! After 3 years, everything is working well. I had very specific design and aesthetic requirements, but Lonny and team worked with me to provide the look I wanted - keeping the poured concrete wall bare and giving an industrial finish to the ceiling. In searching for our new home, we wanted a move in ready home. However, we just couldn't quite find something that was perfect. We found our home but it wasn't quite our dream home....yet. We worked with Lonny and team to completely gut and renovate our kitchen, powder room, sun room, and even overhaul our backyard.
