This was the worst experience I ask for Kinky Twist. Reading the reviews I thought this will be simple. I should have said that I don't want to people doing my hair. The young lady that did the back should have been honest and about not knowing how to do Kinky twist. The braids are loose and I've already lose two braid. Yes the manager ask me to come back. It's hard went you work two full time jobs. I believe if you braids someone hair do it right the first time. Because this have cost me money, time and a 20 dollar tip. I came to Jenelle yesterday to get my braids done and she did horrible she let me get out of the chair with my braids longer than the other tangled and everything I sat in the chair for three hours for some b******* in my head after I come to her all the time I even bring her customers and she still f***** me over avoid going to this shop they don’t care about how your hair looks just the moneyServices: Braids

I'm not even sure who braided my hair. When I went in there? The lady who did my hair ain't even speak, my first red flag.... The whole time I'm like, "this is what I want...." She did the whole, entire opposite of what I wanted. This was probably the worst experience I ever had; I get straight back cornrows, simple.... I'm conversing like, "hey... Ain't I the customer tho? Ain't I paying for what I want? That shyt went rite out the other ear. She ain't even look, whilst braiding. She didn't know the difference between, braiding under? And or, over? All's I can say?
