They saved us! They fit us in the next business day, and we NEEDED that. They did an incredible job replacing our air conditioner with a quality unit that actually fits our home (our energy bill is less and our house is cooler). They worked quickly and we're very thorough. My wife, my kids and I were home while they worked -- they were polite, discreet and cleaned up after themselves. They were very easy to deal with. As far as HVAC goes, they were affordable. They weren't the most expensive but I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. We have been relying on Gwinnett Heating and Air for 12 years now and have done so because they have proven time and again to be honest, reliable, respectful, professional, trustworthy and very friendly. For those looking into calling this company for any HVAC needs, do not hesitate! It's been a family owned and operated business for decades and there is a reason they have survived. Just this past week our A/C stopped running properly and Daniel was out to our house the same day to diagnose the issue.
