I had a water issue in my home where we had to call Floodmasters to come out and dry the walls.and floors. All of this was new to me so I did not know which way to go and how to handle this issue. Once I call Floodmasters I spoke to Mr Quartius Lossa. He talked to me to explain what to expect, and held my hand through the whole process. Each time I reached out for questions he always called me back. Mr. Lossa and his team were there when I needed them. Que’s team was awesome. They came the same day my second floor flooded and proceeded to clean up and place equipment to start the process of getting my home back together. Thank you job well done.
