We had major water damage to a condo we own and were leasing out. Our insurance company initially suggested a company to come in to stabilize, clean up and remediate. It quickly became clear our project was beyond their capability - they were disorganized, difficult to keep in touch with, and nothing was being accomplished. We expressed that to our insurance company, and they suggested we consider Parker Young. Jordon Greene of Parker Young met us at the condo and did a thorough analysis of what was needed. After a leak caused half of the hardwood floors on our main level to be ruined and rain to fall in our basement until it flooded, Don and his team at Parker Young Construction went above and beyond to get our home back to the state it was in before the cascade. Communication about every element of the job was open and frequent, and my family and I are very happy with the final results.
