Stay as far away from this shady company as you can. We signed a Roadside Assistance contract with them to cover our fleet of company vehicles. Their response, if they ever respond, has been in the 2.5-4 hours. Be aware - they are just a broker who tries to find a tow truck, and negotiate rock bottom rates with the tow truck company, if/when you call for help. Shame on you Encore Protection. Shame on you.

This company is supposed to provide roadside service for semi trucks. Needed the service twice and this company has never been able to find a company to assist. Every call comes with a service fee totally more than the annual sign up fee. This is a useless company. Keep your money because using this company is like throwing your money in the garage.
