The tile IS very beautiful, and very expensive. The guy helped me determine square footage needed, and recommended adding a box just to make sure. Well, I now have 2 leftover boxes worth over $200 and they now inform me that they have a return policy of 3 boxes minimum. I have never encountered such a poor return policy. Save yourself some money and go to a place with a better return policy.
My wife and I walked around the store for 10 minutes, which included 2 minutes in front of the main counter. 2 employees were talking and never greeted us or offered assistance. We left immediately. Terrible customer service. Due to the inability to leave 0 stars, I left a 1.
Stay away. The front office woman won't wear a mask. The sales manager put on his mask for me but didn't ask the receptionist to mask up. Product line great but keeping customers safe is not a priority. There is a small Roswell office you can go through if you don't want Covid germs.
