If you builder has contract with elite flooring dont buy the house it self. Because for sure builder is cheap. Our community flooring is done by these people. My floor is installed very very cheap, uneven, crackling sounds , steps with marks we requested builder to fix it and still elit team cannot fix it. Our floor is messed up . We already planning our next flooring installation in 5 years. Just waiting for 5 years atleast want to use them .

That company is useless, it has corrupt staff, there is a person called Saud, he is from Bosnia, but to get a job, you have to give him money, he is corrupt and arrogant, he is not humble, and he is profiting from this company.
