The place is very nice, the attention provided by Isabela and Arnaldo deserves 5 stars, they are very attentive and professional. I have been delighted with the color result on my hair. ☺️

Terrible customer service , Made hair appointments online as well as on the phone. Confirmed with staff when arrived they claimed I never had an appointment with them. When they finally show up I book and additional appointment for hair service and leave deposit. I arrive to appointment and no one is there. They claim to reach out to me but I have no missed calls from this salon. I should have figured how unprofessional the people where when they claimed I never made appointments with them. Canceled my appointment on me same day and now I l lost my deposit because apparently they need it more than I do. Refuse to go back unprofessional people . seems like they pick and...read full review
