He went the extra mile to make sure that the job had the correct parts, and that all was up to code. He explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up the work area. Very pleased!

I called Chen plumbing based off of google reviews. I encountered Leo and expressed my water issue, my concerns, and my need for an experienced plumber. Leo orchestrated everything from the beginning to the end! Kim, Victor, and a team member arrived promptly to resolve my water leak. They got the job done! Victor and his team member was awesome! Victor explained everything to me, he answered all of my questions, and demonstrated my new main water system to me! Job well done! Thank you Chen plumbing!

Juan did a project at our house today and was fantastic! He called in advance, showed up when he said he would, and explained everything to us and was just super friendly and knowledgeable. We love Tim Chen plumbing and Juan was fantastic!
