UPDATE: I was contacted by Justin directly, who not only made a very generous offer to make up for my frustration yesterday, but also contacted their IT people to make their scheduling system more clear for first timers like me. I'm actually recommending a friend to come her to get her tinting done later this week! Never had a problem with the tinting itself, just how the series of events stacked up.Another great feature is that all of their high end tints come with a lifetime warranty at no extra charge.
