Terrible service, ruined our commercial store lock and refused to fix it!! Kept telling me to “call me tomorrow” when I’ve been asking him for days to come look at the lock and fix it. Poor service

I've asked to get the lock replaced. The company did not replace the lock, but they charged me $150. Very disappointed.
