I was very pleased with Thomas eye group! I showed up early for my appointment and was greeted with a smile by the tech and brought back early to get started! The doctor was very thorough. Everything was completed in a timely, professional manner. I will certainly be back!
I highly recommend my ophthalmologist! Their expertise and care are truly exceptional. The staff is friendly, the facility is top-notch, and my vision has improved significantly under their guidance. Thank you for the outstanding service!
This is a mixed review. My visits with The Thomas Eye Group always have a professional and productive finish. On this visit my wait time after checking in was satisfactory. However, it was a bit unprofessional once I was taken to the back by the assistant. I was taken to 2 different rooms for digital readings of my eyes and in each room the assistant did not wipe the equipment before or after my use. Now, to be fair it is possible that she went back to each room after I was taken to the exam room. Because I was there to see a Retinal specialist the wait time was 1.5 hours after I was initially taken back. That was a little unsettling for me. I believe if someone...read full review
