One of the best customer service experiences I've encountered. They added a portable generator plug-in for my home. They responded quickly, quoted me quickly and fairly, and performed expert work. They embrace communication by text, sending pictures and videos of the work and final product since I couldn't be there, as well as providing some free advice to me and my wife.
I am very pleased with the service I was given. My house took a lightening strike and several random issues happened with my electricity. The technician and his helper were very informative and were quick to diagnose and fix everything that was affected by it. I feel safer in my home now. Thank you!!
