Horrible. They were sent out by my warranty company. They canceled the first day they said they would come out. They came out, wrote down the number on my water heater and when out to their car. They then said my warranty company wouldn't answer the phone so I needed to pay the $150 deductible to them and they would come back out to make the repairs. The then canceled EVERY DAY for over a week at which point they told us to find someone new. They never even had the decency to let me know they were cancelling. They waiting till I texted them because they failed to show up. Now they are refusing to refund my money for services never rendered. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

This was a horrible experience. I was connected with them through my home warranty. That appears to be the kicker. They do not treat warranty clients well. They canceled the first day to come out the first time on a Friday. They come out Saturday, spend 5 minutes at the house and say they need to go connect with my warranty company. Fine by me. But I have to pay them $150 in advance because they came out. Okay I guess. They said they would be out Tuesday. Tuesday morning, I reach out to touch base and was told actually he had an injury. Can we come tomorrow? I call tomorrow. Actually he needs a few days, can we come Friday (we are at a week from the first appointment...read full review

They were sent by my warranty company. Had an appointment Friday to install the water heater didnt make it to get the water heater before the warehouse closed said he didn't know they closed at 4. Sounds like someone bit off more then they could chew. And I ask for a discount on the install and they denied and said they would see us Monday morning. Well Monday morning never came they canceled or claim and I now have to pay another service call. And do it all over. Going on two weeks with no hot water.
