I dropped off cleaning on a Saturday. Went back the following Saturday and the young lady working the counter had to go to various areas of the cleaners to find my clothes. Dropped off 8 pieces only four readily found and in plastic bag. After searching for a while she found the other 4 . I dropped of jeans and asked for a crease and extra starch. I got the extra starch but no crease. 8 pieces cost me 39.39. Not sure how they came to this price but I assured the young lady I WILL NEVER use this cleaners. I am giving a 2 because the young lady at the counter was really nice and apologetic . I believe it was the owner working the counter the day I dropped off.

I was looking for a new dry cleaners closer to my home, I tried out lakeside cleaners and was not happy with the customer service. I felt like I annoyed the people there for coming in... I need 25 pieces dry cleaned every 2 weeks for work. They told me to come back in 5 days to get my clothing and when I showed up they said we have everything except your pants... The clothes are done good but These people do not want more business.
