I’m new to the area & was recommended to come here. I brought my grandma and I do not regret at all!! The moment we walked in, all staff members greeted us and the service was phenomenal. My grandma had a mani/pedi, while I had a mani & new acrylic set. Rubi did such a wonderful job with my nails and took her time but still so efficient. She check-in with me to make sure I like every single step.
Bao & Nancy serviced my grandmother and she absolutely loved the work they did. We cannot wait to come back!!
I was traveling and a nail chipped so I wanted to get them done and found Cozy nails on google. The spa is very nice and the staff was also. I was just expecting more for the price point here. This was the first time I have been charged for the previous gel polish removal on top of the manicure. Also at other places in the same price point I have always been offered champagne, wine, a latte, or even just a bottle of water but was offered nothing here.
The serve was quick and efficient which I needed that day because I had a meeting to go to but they did not know that and if I had more time I would have been disappointed at the speed. I would have expected a short hand...read full review
Great and fast service and a nice selection of colors. I had a gel manicure done and a spa pedicure. The pedicure included exfoliation, hot towel, callus removal, and an awesome massage! Loved my experience here!
