I have been using them for about 3+/- years.Their service has always been friendly and were very good at treating my dog that had end stage life issues. Only wish they would have openings for an established client that has an urgent issue. The standard answer to go somewhere else... where they don't know your pet.
First visit for my girl who was suffering from allergies and a severe ear infection. Upon entering, 3 ladies were at the front desk, 1 was friendly and the others were distant. Anyhow, I was checked in right away (2pm). First, I explained to the vet technician, that this was my dog first visit, and that her anxiety level and pain is high right now. The VT thought it was ok to stick a q-tip in her ear with a muzzle on. This upset my dog so much that she almost came out of the muzzle. Now, treatment couldn't be done without sedation. Great service and always helpful, however their candy jar has been getting weak. It used to have lots of blue jolly rancher and now i don't see many jolly ranchers at all. That being said, the service is still unbeatable and the vets are awesome. Front desk is always super nice and the vet technicians always know what to do and how to help until the the veterinarians can get to the room.
