We were able to check in on arrival from the parking lot (and avoid a lot of stress for our new puppy). The helpful staff even came out to our car and got us when they were ready to take us directly to a room. No waiting or stress for our puppy! The technician and veterinarian were both so nice!! They answered all of our questions and sent us home with great samples and reading material. This was the best veterinary service we have ever received.“
