I been dealing with them for the past three years. I have yet to be disappointed. They are extremely knowledgeable about taxes. The also offer a range of service for business or personal customers.
A friend referred me to Precious like 3 years ago !!! And she has been there for ever since !!! She always gives me undivided attention and gets me the most back !! She is far better then some of these H&M’s block and Jackson Hewitt reps !! And she’s my go to tax professional !!
I had the opportunity to work with Precious. She was very professional and her responsive time is phenomenal. She has a kind spirit and gets the job done. Due to unforeseen circumstances taxes were off for months due to covid and out of her control but I’m pretty sure I would of gotten mine sooner than usual. Any time I had questions she was always available to answer them and return missed phone calls. Me and my boyfriend will be recommending her to anyone else and returning for future tax purposes.
