“Randy was suggested to us by our tile contractor Cain Curtis after he discovered electrical issues in our kitchen while prepping for the tile work. We were out of town but Randy was able to come over that day (on a Saturday) and diagnose the issue. He was able to explain what was going on over the phone that day but wasn't able to complete the work until the following week. We were scheduled for a 9:30a time slot the next week. He was working another job that morning and texted to let us know he was running behind BEFORE 9:30! Thank you Randy! When he arrived he was courteous and professional and explained everything again. It took him about an hour to fix the issue and now our kitchen backsplash is ready to be tiled! Randy was super easy to work with and I will be calling him back for other issues around the house. “I was having a beetle issue. They would come in the front door and garage because I had gaps all around. I found him online with a Google search and setup the consolation online. He came by, looked at everything and then sent us a quote. I had a few personal complications so he has to redo it a couple times for me and didn't complain once. I scheduled my appointment and was able to pay my bill online. This has been one of the best experiences I have had hiring someone. If you look in the dictionary for professional, you might see his picture. Seriously though, he kept an open line of communication, was timely and did an amazing job replacing weather stripping in front and garage doors. I will definitely contact him again for any other things I have around the house.Service: General repairs“
