The owner Angie and her staff made me and the other customers I witnessed feel like we were family. Not to mention, I am in love with the lower back microbraid style I received! The attention to detail and professional workmanship is superb! Literally every braid is perfect and I can't believe there is NO pain as I am very render headed as well as light weighted without a heavy feel. “This is my preferred Beauty Master although I have visited several other locations and this is why. The customer service is always on point and the staff is very helpful. I usually only go in to get a new wig (non lace front / synthetic) and there is always someone to help and within reach.

Today specifically, they did not have my first two choices in stock but the associate assisted me with finding a wig that I liked that was available in the color I wanted.
