Amazing service! I’ve used this place twice for alterations! A repair for my Fendi purse strap that that popped from wear and tear from wearing and now last week, my wedding dress! (Which I know wasn’t going to be an easy job). They did phenomenal with the alterations on both. Though there was a small language barrier, they understood exactly what I wanted and needed and gave me exactly what I wanted! Customer service has ALWAYS been top notch as well. Absolutely love their dedication and service! I needed my wedding dress taken in last minute and they made special accommodations to do it within a day! I received my dress back nicely steamed and perfectly sewn!

The best alterations in the city for the most affordable prices! I've gone to places that charged me $20 to replace a zipper or $30 to take in the waist of jeans. Here I have gotten taps on heels replaced, 3 zippers replaced, and 4 items of clothing taken in for just $90 in total! The lady who works here is so kind and accommodating she is really talented. I live in West Midtown and drive all the way here because I know she can handle all my alteration needs for a very reasonable price! And she is also really fast, she has gotten things back to me within a week. Try her out you won't be disappointed!!
