He was able to point out flaws that would’ve caused me to back out of the purchase or cost tens of thousands in repair costs. I found Mr. Oscar thru NACA's recommended list. He was very quick with responding to my email. He met me at the home within 48hrs for the inspection. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. Because of his firefighter skills he provided feedback on where to position the carbon monoxide and smoke detector. He was able to point out a leak that the seller did fix before closing and other few things. Thank you Oscar!!!
