Now I will honestly say that I almost did not use the Groupon that I had bought because I went there on Wednesday as a walk-in and the herbalist that was there said to me I would have to wait an hour or more for a wax even though the parking lot was empty and there was absolutely no-one getting serviced. She was not very helpful or accommodating and I left after 30 minutes. I woke up a couple of days later and said this economy is too hard for me to be letting money go to waste so I booked an appointment with Adrienne. This place is outstanding! By far the best wax place for all woman, especially black woman. They are thorough and priced fairly that why I always tip nice. Before my vacay, I had to bring my 5 year old son and they were so accommodating. They didn't trip, he waited in their lobby and well behaved might I add ( that's not always the case with a 5 yrs old). Nonetheless, this place gets 5 stars.
So, this was my first time getting waxed in forever. Lol. I got there and I didn't know what to get. I believe it was the owner who greeted me and gave me a brief overview of the wax procedures. Show helped me decide and Chasity came in and helped me relax. She was fast and efficient. Last minute I added my lower legs and the other young lady was such a joy to work with (Sorry, I forgot her name but she did IT for HD). All in all, it was a great experience. The place was clean and had a nice aroma. The music and staff were on point. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Prices are super reasonable.
