I had an issue with my septic pump. I had the company that I had inspect my septic system when I bought the house come out to fix the issue. They came out five times and each time, the pump kept failing. I finally realized I needed to contact a different company. Thank you to reviewers on Google for your review of Franklin's Septic and Charles. He is the real deal. He came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. Then he walked through my house with me and pointed out some issues that I could correct myself in the future. His price to fix the issue was very reasonable. We had the road bank rolled off to allow easier mowing. We also had our long driveway graded and topped with asphalt millings, and we had the ground around our workshop graded to allow easier access and less runoff.
