I called with an emergency situation. My heating unit was down due to a bad blower wheel. My mother in law was in home hospice and in final transition. We needed to get the heat fixed asap. I explained the situation to them and they were able to get a technician out. I don't remember his name but he was very caring & professional. He called his supervisor Jeremy and he picked up the blower wheel in Monore and personally delivered it. They got the unit repaired and the heat was back on. Unfortunately Mom passed away later that night, but thanks to the extraordinary effort from Snellville HVAC team, her final hours were comfortable. They actually called me a day before scheduled, because they had an opening. During that call they told me what time they would be arriving, which they were here within that time. Very professional and informative about what they found, and was able to fix. They also told me how to prevent it from happening again. I have used Snellville heating and plumbing for many years and have always had outstanding work done.
Update:
While I'm a loyal customer to Snellville Heating & Air for many years and part of their maintenance program, yesterday my sons heating system wouldn't turn on, no heat with 2 minor children , I called Snellville Heating & Air at 12:03 pm to see if they could check it out, at 1:30 pm same day they were on the way to check it out, by 3:00 pm, the repair was made, I can't express enough how Snellville Heating & Air has been such a top of line company, thank you so much!! The office staff, the repairmen are top notch ! 😀
