“My 7 year old started at Motivate a little over a month ago. I was looking for a way for him to move his body on a regular basis, work on his coordination, and maybe some focus. Motive has met and surpassed what I was looking for. Since class one he has surprised me in his attentiveness and focus. He is excited to learn. This is the first time in his life that he is asking about the time and the days of the week, because he knows what days and times his classes are. Everyone at Motivate has been so nice and welcoming. The instructors make it fun and exciting, but also promote safety, focus, and discipline. Lastly his sleeping habits have improved significantly, because he gets so much energy out during class.“
