I want to give a great big shoutout to PT’s at the Bethlehem office. I hade shoulder reversal surgery April of 2024, then October of 2024 I had total knee replacement in my right knee. After my knee surgery I realized that I had nerve damage which resulted in drop foot. Needless to say I was devastated. John and his team were a God send!! I had originally started out at another facility that my doctor sent me to. After three weeks of going for my shoulder I knew I needed to change places. A friend recommended Compass. It was like night and day!! John and Laura started working with me. They both had so much knowledge, care and patience with me. When I found out that I was in need of knee replacement, they all were so caring and gave me so much reassurance that all would be ok. Then after surgery and finding out about my drop foot. John, Laura and Katie kept to uplifted and full of hope that I would get back to “normal “. So after three days a week from start to finish (April 2024 until June 27, 2025) with all their help and hard work I am here to say that I’m as back to normal more than I ever thought I would be. Today I took my granddaughters bowling. Never in over two years did I think I would be able to do things like that again! Compass PT and to all the employees there I will be forever grateful!! If ever in need of PT go to Compass, they are THE BEST!!
First, the people! I walked in, and the receptionist smiled and was very kind. My therapist name, Hanna Fleming, was the best. She was so kind and patient with me because of the pain I was in. I requested her for the duration of my treatment. Compass is the place to go if you want experienced people to treat you well. The decor and cleanliness of the place will grab you. The first day we walked in the door, we knew we made the right decision. Husband was treated after spinal cord surgery at Emory which was a big deal. We go to Bethlehem location and cannot say enough good things about the staff and treatment. Everyone has been kind, fun, determined and not too pushy but just the right amount to motivate with a big side of knowledge. We can never thank them enough for getting us back to good life after surgery.
