To be fair, I rated your service with 4 stars for the many years of great care that you gave me. Today's visit really surprised me. I asked one of the arriving staff members (in the parking lot) if someone would open the door early because of the very cold temperatures outside. I have been in your waiting room for years and I'm sure that most of the staff recognize me because I ALWAYS wear veteran attire. She was very kind and let me in to sit down out of the cold. Simply the best! Super professional practice and caring staff. Dr. Baynham did eye surgery on both me and my husband and also on my son - with absolutely great results! It is good to know that our vision was handled with such extreme care! Thanks again for the excellent follow up!

I love this doctor! He found a tumor behind my eye that 5 other doctors had missed. I don't have a lot of vision left in that eye due to my own stubbornness but I never would have known it was there except for him. He immediately sent me for a CT then referred me to Emory eye center for further treatment.
