Dr. Bannister finds thoughtful solutions to any of our health problems that may come up, and I love that he is also so considerate of costs with how expensive things can be. Pickles always loves to visit the vet, and I definitely think it has to do with the environment they provide to make him feel safe, healthy, and happy!“

“I took my puppy here to get spayed even while she was in heat. The drop off was easy (and they have a video you can watch ahead to know what to expect). The intake person was super sweet and made my dog feel comfortable before she even left the car. Communication was very clear. Pickup was just as simple and quick. The man who brought my dog out explained all the aftercare and medicine instructions. Everything was labeled with clear instructions. The vet even called the following day to make sure my dog was doing ok and to see if I had any concerns or questions.“

“We were nervous to leave our cats because they have never been boarded before and one is prone to stress induced UTI's. Thankfully, they did great at Happy Cat. Clementine adjusted quickly while Tommy stayed hidden during the day but felt comfortable enough to roam around the room at night. We loved checking in on them via the WebCam and were thrilled with the daily emailed report with pictures!! Happy Cat Hotel in Johns Creek is an amazing facility with an awesome staff!!“

“Moving back to GA soon and immediately knew I would be taking all of my girls to see Jill and Dr. Johansen. Jill is an EXCEPTIONAL Vet Tech that has been an integral part of caring for my girls. She is attentive and makes sure my girls are always taken care of and that I have all of my questions answered. Dr. Johansen is an EXCEPTIONAL vet who took my concerns seriously and helped my dogs through very difficult illnesses and scary moments, and helped us through the unexpected loss of another animal. This is such a dynamic duo and you cannot go wrong with coming to see them!“

“Went for the first time this past week with my pup, Ari. The check in staff were super friendly and inviting. Dr. Bishop was awesome and just kept it straight without feeling like I was being "sold" something. I also like the fact that the appointment starts and ends with the vet instead of telling a vet tech everything and then retelling the vet the same exact thing when they come into the room. Dr. Bishop was super patient with my timid pup which is always appreciated. Will be back with Ari's sister later in the year when it's time!“

“We recently had to put our elderly cat Annabelle down at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist, to the vet techs and especially Dr.Elizabeth Medved made the worst day so much easier for us. Our whole family came to be with Annabelle as she passed. Dr.Medved and Troy our Vet Tech explained everything in detail about what they would do and what we could expect. Dr.Medved was so sensitive and kind while all of us. I’m sure Dr. Medved performs euthanasias all the time but she treated Annabelle and our family with such care and respect that it didn’t feel routine at all.
I can’t say enough about this animal hospital. I never feel like I’m being sold treatments. They always give quotes even if you don’t ask. And they always give options. We have never had a bad experience here.“

I contacted Pet Preferred Diagnostics (PPD) because my dog wasn’t loving his food, he would sneeze often, and would lick his paws so much that my floors would be soaked in a small puddle. My friend suggested that he might have some allergies and referred me to PPD. I gave them a call, and Dr. Khris was incredibly helpful and explained what the causes might be. He also discussed how they could test for a wide variety of different allergens, and the solutions to help my dog, Mickey, feel better. Coordinating between my vet and PPD was quick and easy, and it took just a day to get results! Dr. Khris immediately called me and reviewed the food and seasonal allergies Mickey had, and how to remedy them. After adjusting his diet and wiping his paws after walks, Mickey’s symptoms improved significantly and there are no more slobber puddles. I’ve referred several friends to PPD since!“

“We love bringing our dogs here! We drive all the way from Dunwoody (about an hour drive in ATL traffic) to come here because prices are way better (probably 50-75% off your typical vet prices) and you actually get to see the doctor and staff treating your pet, which by the way, they are all so kind, loving and patient with our dogs. They also take the time to explain things to you and actually show you how to do treatment at home. This particular visit was due to an ear infection. This ear infection had been treated already a few months ago by a nearby vet. That vet charged an arm and a leg for a one time ear drop that would supposedly cure him. NOT!!! It never cleared up the ear infection and that's why we came here today. This vet cleaned his ear well, tested a sample, found yeast and bacteria, prescribed ear drops to use for a week straight and even administered day 1 of the ear drops to show us exactly how to do it. We also purchased a ear cleansing solution to prevent yeast build up. All this for $175. I'm sure at any other vet this visit would've been well over $300 The only con I have about Pet Vet Wellness center is that there is not one near me in Dunwoody, GA :)“
