I've been living at a Skywater managed duplex for several months now. After the absolute nightmare ordeal I endured with West 49 apartments, I can say for sure that Skywater is a professionally managed operation and has been a wonderful change of venue. They actually take care of their properties and they quickly respond to maintenance requests. They have a resident portal application that works without failure and scheduling payments, maintenance requests, etc. is an easy task. They email and inform residents about extreme temperatures and how to prep for them, as well as communicate in advance whenever someone is coming to access the property.
