SERVPRO of Monroe, Madison and Monticello

Trey and David were fantastic. They called before they came. They were there when they said they would. They came into my house. Looked at the damages. They layed plastic down on my carpet and covered my furniture. Removed the damage drywall and cabinet for the room. I did have questions about the process. They were both patient and answered all my questions. When they got done. They went back through everything to make sure everything was cleaned up. They did not leave a mess anywhere. I was walking into a gas station this morning and ran into a young lady wearing a Servpro shirt and stopped to ask about their processes and procedures. My house had just flooded from my upstairs toilet a few days before and I’ve been looking for a company to use. She was so polite in taking time out of her busy day to answer any questions I had. Jason has been SO helpful as we navigated filing an insurance claim and having water remediation handled. Jessie and AJ were fast and efficient at putting down our subfloor. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!
