The staff are described as incredible, kind, and absolutely fabulous, going above and beyond to assist pet owners. Doctors are praised for their concern for the animals and willingness to provide personalized treatment recommendations, even making follow-up calls. This place is awesome! They spoil babies with cheese. They have provided the best care possible and are very welcoming. The way they treated a heartbroken owner with such empathy and kindness will not be forgotten. They even allowed a dog to say goodbye to his sister and allowed all the time needed. They are highly recommended.
I came in because my 7-year-old dog Kane has been sick. You guys worked hard on trying to help me, with him. And he absolutely adored you guys! This is probably one of the most pleasant, caring and welcoming visits I've ever had for one of my animals. You guys were absolutely amazing and accommodating. And understanding about my financial issues. So I just want to tell you thank you! Please keep up the good work! You guys are awesome. I will definitely be bringing my animals back to you. Present and future animals.
Compassion and kindness are powerful. We didn't actually get service with this company, but we did reach out to them with needs for our dog with cancer. They were more than willing to help even though they would not be gaining our business since our pup is dying. I'm grateful for their kindness and will definitely plan to use them in the future.
