Freedom Tax services suck we filed our taxes on Feb, 27 2020 and as of to date Aug, 19 2020 we still do not have our taxes yet due to Saundra Coffey and Mr. Summers the owner. We can not get in touch with them at all. this is one of the worst mistakes i have ever made was letting them do our taxes. They caused us a lot of hart ache and trouble and it is not over yet for me or them. we are looking for a good attorney,

I don’t think that they did my taxes correctly. Shae McGee did my taxes and she always made me happy with my return. Ever since I found out that they had to meet a quota of how many people’s taxes they had to do. I made over $40,000 last year, with 2 dependents, and I’m only getting $4,000 back. It felt rushed and I made less than that the previous year, and I got almost the exact same thing. I’m very disappointed in filing my taxes there, so, after this year, I’m not coming back there to file.

The hours online are false. They're never open and do not answer their phones. I came by at 1:00 PM on a day that said they were open and it looked like nobody had been there all day. Horrible
