Our AC quit working after an electrical storm in Warner Robins-in June-during the heatwave we were having. Called several companies-all were booked solid. Coolmax could come the quickest and we are so glad they were the company that responded. Our tech, Landon, was professional, prompt and knowledgeable on our Trane unit. After explaining what happened, he knew exactly what to do. He had our air going in less than five minutes. Landon took the time to explain what happened and how we could possibly avoid it happening again in the future. He left the decision entire up to and we chose to have a different type of thermostat installed. Landon installed it quickly and I efficiently. I highly recommend Coolmax and Landon😊
Josh is by far and away the absolute best professional we have had to diagnose and service our HVAC system. Our main unit is on its last legs and buying a new system is going to be very difficult for us. Josh got it working to hold us over until we can have a new one installed. Out of four other companies, Josh was the only person who even offered to get our unit up and running again. My husband and I are so impressed (and we are not easily impressed). Josh will continue be our go-to for HVAC!
