I have been getting my haircut from Mr Vernon for 10 years and every time its perfect. I never have to explain how I want it he just knows what to do. I have a lot of friends and family that go here too and they all look e it.

This small quaint out of the way barber shop is nestled in the streets of Metter, Ga. I was greeted by the owner and barber the second I walked into the shop. An older gentleman that just looked like the typical barber and his shop that appeared to be right out of Mayberry! No new fancy gadgets and stuff, just good ole scissors and clippers. After having a seat in the old pump style chair and describing how I would like my hair cut, he went right to work. I spent no more than 7 or 8 minutes in the seat and he was done, just as I described! If you're in need for a haircut ... This is the place to go! Keep in mind tho that the shop hours are limited to Wednesday morning through Saturday at noon when they close.

Straight out of the past! The owner, Vernon, is awesome. He's been there, in the same location for 50 years, that tells you something! Great haircuts and good conversation. His prices are also very reasonable.
