I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to praise the excellent service I received from Zytek Roofing. They are truly a top-notch operation. From my initial call with Donald on December 30th; to his working with the insurance company to get me approved for a roof replacement, to his patience with me, responding to my questions and concerns, to the actual installation on January 18th, Donald and his crew were the most dedicated group I've ever had work on my home. A Big Crew came early about 7 am, in about 30-degree weather, and finished around noon, which was totally out of my expectation. Zytek has my highest recommendation for roofing needs. The entire process was as smooth as a homeowner could ask for. The initial evaluation by Don was very thorough. He gave me a very good debrief on his findings and explained how Zytek would replace the roof and with only quality materials. Once the insurance adjuster had completed their process, Mike helped us tremendously on picking out the colors of the replacement shingles and also explained the process.
