Went in to buy a used Rav 4 ended up buying a 2021 CRV. Best decision I made. Love my truck. Had a few issues with the service department when getting my oil changes, manager of the service department called me the same day to handled the issue. That was appreciated. Because of that, I still get all my oil changes at this location.

I came to the service department 2 minutes before they closed, as I desperately needed a lug nut taken off. Considering the time they could’ve turned me away but instead they took my car and changed the lug nut for me at no cost.

I worked with Alee McLaurin and his service was phenomenal. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. He answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me about any services. I loved that. I would love to work with him again.
