Ehhhhhh. I have not been here in a while after being a faithful every 2/3 week customer in the past. As soon as I entered she asked for my name and then if I had a mask. Since I was in my mother in law’s car, I did not have one and I usually keep them in my car. THEN SHE SAID THAT THE MASKS ARE $5.00 EACH!!!! WHAT!!!! Why would a business owner do that to their customers. I purchase these masks from Amazon and provide to my clients at no charge. I say that not to say that she should provide them for free, however a pack of these exact masks are less than $7.00 for 100 in a box. I usually go here to get my lashes done and they always do a great job. Recently I had went to get brow lamination, thread & tint by a lady named Cam. I needed them done for my trip to Cancun, Mexico with my friends. Every single one of them said my brows looked sooo good! If you need your brows laminated, tinted or threaded I HIGHLY recommend this place. One of one for sureee. Oh & ask for CAM :)
I come here for my eyebrows. Although she does a good job, I always have to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes after my appointment time. Sometimes longer. When Kiersten worked here, never had this problem. Now I have to see Cam again and this is always a problem. Due to this, I won’t be returning for my eyebrows and I’m upset I have to find another place on this side of town. I will continue to come for my lashes but I don’t recommend coming for eyebrows unless you don’t mind being here between and 30 minutes to an hour for a 10 minute service.
