Todo did a amazing job on my Hulk tattoo he is one of the best tattoo artist. This is my favorite tattoo because it was dedicated to my father. I get compliments daily on this tattoo. Wish I can get another one from him but his books have been closed for a long time.
Highly recommend ABT Tattoo. Very clean and professional. Mike did a cover up on my shoulder and it was SPOT on. Absolutely did an amazing job! I will return for more work for sure!
