Everyone we dealt with (Sam in the office & Hunter as the technician) were pleasant and professional. As soon as we contacted them when they opened on Monday morning, they were able to get a technician out to look at our air conditioning right away, that had gone out on Saturday evening. Hunter inspected and diagnosed the issues quickly and replaced the necessary parts. He got our air conditioning back working within a couple of hours. Only drawback was that it ended up taking him longer than his estimate and at the high cost of $289/hr labor, the labor cost was quite significant. Their pricing for annual maintenance plans seemed in line with our previous company... read full review

Great Service, Great Experience, Great People! Air conditioning unit stopped working in August in the midst of the hot Georgia summer. I called Absolute Best Air and spoke to Michelle who offered great customer service and was able to get the technician, Daniel to my residence the same day. Daniel spent time diagnosing the issue and thoroughly explaining what was needed to repair. Since my unit was 20 plus years old, I decided to get a quote for replacement. I spoke to Josh the next day who also took time to explain all my options. After we reached an agreement the install was scheduled for the next day. Had an outstanding visit from the team! Hunter was extremely professional and did a wonderful job explaining everything in detail. I never felt rushed or pressured for extras, servicing, or installations. The issue was tracked down and repaired quickly and correctly. I will continue to rely on and recommend Absolute Best Air Inc. to all of my friends and family.
