For starters, I got their number from a lady that they didn’t actually do a job for. A hail storm came through and destroyed numerous roofs on her street and Dustin flat out told her she didn’t need a roof when all the other companies basically said 180°> fast forward to when I get their number.
I called and he asked the Normal questions and gave me a quote that was super in line with all other I had received.
Denalis team showed up early and worked super hard day taking particular care of my property and I feel they went above and beyond the normal.
I came to pay and inspect and I noticed he had done a few things we hadn’t talked about and he stated that he wanted it to match the others around……wow. Did more work than asked for and actually charged me less than he quoted due to a repair not actually needing to be as expensive as we thought.

“Richie came out to give me an updated estimate from one we got a couple of years ago. He gave me a very reasonable estimate. I was disappointed to learn later that the ridge vent was not included in the estimate as it had been the first time, but Richie made it right and included it in the cost since he hadn’t seen that it was included on the first estimate. I truly appreciated that and it made me feel much better about moving forward. The estimate was done on Monday and Saturday we had a new roof. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. They were here by 7:30 and our roof was done by 4- would’ve been earlier but they were a little short on materials so Richie had to go pick up the extra to ensure they were able to finish.
