Re-Bath

I had difficulty getting in & out of my old tub/shower. Falling in the tub would have been disastrous! It was time for a change. I contacted 3 installers and ReBath was the only to call me back. The install team did a wonderful job. They were professional and would check with me to make sure they were doing what I had wanted. I love my new shower and feel completely safe .

We love the new shower. The man that did the installation did a great job. The only thing that we were aggravated about were the shower doors were outsourced. The salesman made it sound like that was the way they did it. When I called Rebath to see when the doors would be installed she said "I don't know. You choose to go with someone other than Rebath for the doors.". I asked her if they were under warranty. She told me they were not since they didn't do the doors. We felt like we were mislead in this area.Other than that issue we love the new shower!

We were looking for a walk in shower for my elderly parents who have difficulties getting in and out of a bathtub. We looked at several options and settled on Re-Bath. We received great help and demonstration in the Augusta store. Initial order was decided on and ordered. The store called with an install date. Kevin and Dwayne came to install as scheduled. These two were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely considerate of my parents. They ensured that their installation of grab bars, seat height, and shower accessories met every need that my parents had. The even had my Mother try things before final install.
